Darüşşafaka is Looking for Guardians
Within this program, you can become Darüşşafaka's Graduate, Double Major, Cornerstone, and Founding Donor by donating either all at once or over time. You can have your name or the names of your loved ones written in the area that Darüşşafaka Society will create specifically for its donors for the "New Campus Project".
• You can become our "Guardian Donor" with your donation of 150,000 TL, covering the education expenses of one of our students.
• You can become our "Four-Year Guardian Donor" when your donations reach a total of 600,000 TL over time, covering the education expenses of one of our students until secondary school graduation,
• You can become our "Graduate Donor" with your donation of 1,200.000 TL.
• You can become our “Double Major Donor”, with your donation of 2,5 million TL,
• You can become our “Cornerstone Donor” with your donation of 15 million TL,
• You can become our "Founding Donor" with your donation of 50 million TL.

CHILDREN OF DARÜŞŞAFAKA WILL BE THE PRIDE OF OUR COUNTRY THROUGH EDUCATION
Darüşşafaka Society, one of the first non-governmental organizations in the field of education in Türkiye, has continued to exist with the mission of "Equal Opportunity in Education" since 1863.

Darüşşafaka provides quality educational opportunities to children who are successful and whose fathers and/or mothers are no longer alive and have insufficient financial means. It raises leading individuals who are committed to Ataturk's principles, lifelong learners, have adopted universal values, have self-confidence, and are aware of their responsibilities towards their country and society.

Today, more than 1,000 children from all corners of Türkiye, selected by examination, receive full scholarships, boarding, and English-oriented education at Darüşşafaka, from the 5th grade through high school. All students' expenses, especially education, clothing, nutrition, accommodation, and stationery, are covered by donations from charitable individuals, institutions, and organizations to the Darüşşafaka Society.
Darüşşafaka Society continues to provide scholarship support to its students throughout their higher education.

All the opportunities provided to our children at Darüşşafaka Educational Institutions are supported by donations from charitable individuals, institutions, and organizations to the Darüşşafaka Society. With the support of countless individuals and institutions who are passionate about the bright future of our country, such as Atatürk's mother, Zübeyde Hanım; his sister, Makbule Atadan; his adopted daughter, Nebile İrdelp; and the master storyteller Sait Faik Abasıyanık, the Society offers our children a new life through education.
The annual expenses for a student studying at Darüşşafaka Educational Institutions in the 2025-2026 academic year are 1,110.000 TL. The breakdown is;
• 485,000 TL for education (education materials, teacher costs, tablets, laboratories, national and international contests)
• 428,000 TL for boarding (nutrition, accommodation, and healthcare)
• 197,000 TL for guardianship costs (social and cultural trips, clothing, pocket money, travel allowance).

“School First, Education Always!..” Campaign
The school population exceeded 1,000 students, including those admitted each year by the Darüşşafaka Society through the exam, as well as children from the earthquake region. Darüşşafaka, which aims to expand its campus to provide "Equal Opportunity in Education" to more children from every region of our country, expects your support for the ‘’School First, Education Always’’ campaign.
