Eligible Cards: Privia Black credit card and supplementary cards

Ineligible Transactions: Transactions made with any card other than the Privia Black credit card, as well as cancellations and refunds, are not included in the campaign.

Additional Conditions: The campaign is valid for annual membership transactions made at MAC/One clubs with a Privia Black credit card. The campaign is only valid for new annual memberships. It is not valid for MACFit club memberships. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
