Transactions not included in the campaign: Purchases made using MaxiPuan, product cancellations and refunds are not included in the campaign. Transactions made at wholesale food sellers, catering services, and bakeries/patisseries are also excluded.

Campaign terms and conditions:
• Within the scope of the campaign, a 10% discount will be granted on single restaurant purchases between TRY 4,000 and TRY 8,000, and a 20% discount will be granted on single restaurant purchases of TRY 8,000 or more.
• Discounts earned under the campaign will be reflected on your card once the payment transaction appears in your credit card’s current-period transactions.
• Customers will be informed via SMS once the discount amount has been credited and when the maximum monthly discount limit has been reached.
• For overseas spending, discounts related to transactions made in foreign currency will be reflected in Turkish lira on the card’s TRY statement.
• If a transaction made under the campaign is partially or fully refunded, the discount earned from the refunded transaction will be cancelled.
• The portion of MaxiPuan earned from discounted transactions corresponding to the discount amount will also be cancelled.
• Customers with asset holdings below TRY 10,000,000 may earn a maximum discount of TRY 4,000 per transaction and TRY 6,000 per month.
• Customers with asset holdings of TRY 10,000,000 or more may earn a maximum discount of TRY 4,000 per transaction and TRY 10,000 per month.
• If an additional card is used to benefit from the campaign, the discount will be credited to the additional card. The additional cardholder and the primary cardholder to whom the additional card is linked cannot earn separate discounts under the campaign.

Additional Conditions:
The merchant where the transaction is made must be registered in the banking system as a restaurant. Transactions made at wholesale food sellers, catering services, and bakeries/patisseries are not included in the campaign. İş Bankası reserves the right to exclude merchants that are registered in the banking system as restaurants but do not actually operate as restaurants. İş Bankası reserves the right to suspend the campaign or change its terms and conditions. The campaign cannot be combined with any other campaigns, vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
