You can request the installment plan by following these steps:
- Through the Maximum Mobile app: My Cards > Card Transactions > Transaction Installments or My Cards > My Card Expenses
- Through the İşCep app: Cards > My Credit Cards > My Card Expenses

Eligible cards: Privia Black credit cards
Campaign Details:
- The campaign applies only to installment transactions made through İşCep and Maximum Mobile. Installment transactions made through other channels will be subject to the prevailing interest rate.
- The interest-free installment option for upfront payments will apply to transactions made at health institutions from August 1 to August 31, 2024, ranging between 1,000 to 300,000 TL (inclusive), and can be spread over 2 to 3 months. Transactions below 1,000 TL or above 300,000 TL, or installment requests for periods other than 2 or 3 months will be subject to the prevailing interest rate.
- The campaign is valid for transactions made from August 1 to August 31, 2024, that are set to be installment for 2 or 3 months, and for which installment instructions are received via İşCep or Maximum Mobile. Installment requests from other channels will be subject to the prevailing interest rate.
- The campaign is valid only at merchants registered as health institutions in the bank's system. Transactions at pharmacies, eyewear and optical sellers, hearing aid sellers, cosmetic centers, and purchases of medical devices or medical supplies, insurance payments, veterinary services, and transactions at pharmaceutical depots are not included in the campaign.
- The responsibility for the accuracy of the registered sector information of the merchant where the transaction is made lies with the merchant.
- The campaign is valid only for domestic upfront expenses. International transactions cannot be installment due to regulations, and e-commerce transactions are not included.
- The installment process must be completed before the account statement date for the period in which the transaction occurred and before the end of the campaign. For example, a transaction processed before the account statement date within the campaign period cannot be installment after the account statement date.
- Installment instructions received via İşCep or Maximum Mobile for transactions not yet reflected in the current period movements will be considered under the campaign, but if the instruction is given on a different day outside the campaign, the prevailing interest rate will apply.
- Subsequent installment processes can be canceled through Maximum Mobile, Our Branches, Internet Branch, and Privia Black Line (0850 724 0 777).
- The account statement date of the credit card on which the installment transaction is made can only be changed after the final installment is paid.
- There are no restrictions on subsequent installment transactions that meet the campaign conditions.
- Türkiye İş Bankası reserves the right to stop the campaign and change the campaign conditions.
